Orders are processed after payment has been successfully authorized or confirmed, as applicable.

Our estimated order processing time is 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

As Zenvora operates using a dropshipping model, processing times may vary depending on product availability and supplier arrangements.

Once your order has been dispatched, shipping time will depend on the product, supplier, shipping method, and destination.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch and receipt of the tracking details.
